Jason Fararooei
President & Executive Producer
Jason Fararooei has worked in television and multimedia production since 2001 as a Producer, Director of Photography, Production Manager and Creative Director. Currently, Jason is Executive Producer and Managing Partner of Yellow Cape Communications.
Jason retains one Silver Telly Award for creative writing, seven Bronze Telly Awards for marketing excellence, and three Addy Awards for local television production. Creative conceptualization, videography and still photography are consistent staples of his professional and personal life. Primarily a self taught Director of Photography, still Photographer and Producer, he enjoys composing imagery and moving media from the obvious world around him.
Jason earned his A.A.S. in Television and Radio Production in 2001 from Northampton Community College. Three years later, while managing a television production department, Jason pursued his undergraduate degree fulltime at DeSales University. In 2006 he graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications.
In early 2007 he set his sights on graduate school and reaffirmed his need to return to his southern roots. In May 2009 Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Arts in Organizational & Strategic Communication from Queens University of Charlotte. The experience changed his life offering new and undiscovered perspectives on personal and professional goals.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys family, close friends, learning, and motorcycling.

Clint Patterson
Director of Web Development
Clint Patterson originates from the watermelon capital of the world…Pageland, South Carolina. Clint majored in Information Systems Technology and minored in Spanish while he played collegiate football at Gardner-Webb University. After graduation, he played professional European football for 3 years until he tore his shoulder up. After shoulder surgery he wrote a book in his spare time and taught high school Spanish for one year.

Clint joined Yellow Cape Communications after graduating with his Master of Arts in Organizational & Strategic Communication in May 2009. In his spare time, Clint enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, hunting, fishing, & coaching high school football.

Chris Holland
Senior Editor & Motion Designer
Chris is an independent editor and motion designer based in Longmont, CO. Since 1997 he has worked for a number of advertising agencies and video production companies garnering many awards, including multiple Telly and Addy awards. Chris relies on his knowledge of cutting edge industry trends and his innate ability to design eye-catching motion graphics to edit all levels of video production and audio production. Chris utilizes the latest multimedia creation software, including; Adobe Aftereffects, Cinema 4d, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Soundbooth and Adobe Encore. Chris has formed an excellent working relationship with Yellow Cape Communications and looks to bring quality workmanship to Yellow Cape's valued clients. Chris lives with his wife, daughter and newborn baby just north of Denver and is always on the lookout for new digs. In his spare time, Chris likes to play guitar and spend time with his family.

Benjamin Sliker
Director, Writer & Senior Editor
Benjamin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006 and migrated to the Charlotte, NC area soon after, settling in the University area with his absurdly supportive wife, Marie. Since that time he has written, directed, and produced a number of award-winning short films and is hard at work on his first feature-length film. In the time that he's not making or watching movies, Benjamin has been an video editor for SPEED.com since 2008, specializing in editing short-form content, including live racing highlights for distribution to a number of multimedia and online outlets.

Paige Gialanella
Art Director
Paige Gialanella has always been fascinated by the art of communication. Most recently, this passion has led her to a full-time endeavor as a freelance graphic designer and art director. She specializes in branding, logo design, publication layout and surface design.
Prior to her latest venture, Paige served as the Director of Creative Services at Queens University of Charlotte. There she led an effective creative team of two graphic designers and a project manager, working closely with internal and external clients to bring the creative vision of the University to life. During her five-year tenure at Queens, Paige was responsible for the creative redesign of the Queens magazine as well as art directed and designed a complete overhaul of the traditional undergraduate admissions materials. Her work at Queens earner her two American Graphic Design Awards and two PICA Awards.
Before coming to Queens, Paige worked in the marketing department of global law firm, Kilpatrick Stockton. In addition to implementing marketing strategies, she also created presentation materials and brochures, as well as planned events for the Charlotte office.
Paige also spent several years as an account executive at Loeffler Ketchum Mountjoy (LKM) where she worked primarily on the North Carolina Division of Tourism account. There she managed the interaction of production, creative, administrative and media teams as well as oversaw all content for the monthly VisitNC.com newsletter distributed to 80,000 consumers.
A native Texan, Paige arrived in North Carolina to pursue her studies at Wake Forest University, graduating in 2001 with a BA in Communications and a minor in Studio Art.
